安裝AppServ過程，有一個解除封鎖Apache的動作沒有做，80Port沒開啟，伺服器會無法外連。
解決方法：控制台→開啟「Windows防火牆」→例外→查看有沒有「Apache HTTP Server」。

通常無法外連，應該都是沒有開啟，所以繼續操作→按下去「新增程式」→再按「瀏覽」→C:\AppServ\Apache2.2\bin→選擇「httpd.exe」→開啟→確定。
新增完成之後重新開機（不是重開Apache，要重開機）。
安裝Wordpress過程中的一些設定與注意事項
IE出現 Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded
在IE裡要下載時, 說我的安全性設定不允許下載, 原文為
"Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded".
解決方法如下:
將IE的Internet zone 安全性調低一點, 但是發現只有"High"可以選...
所以到Customer Level 裡面直接調整downloads 選項...如下.
[Options]->[Security]->[Internet]->[Customer Level] 裡的downloads
"Automatic prompting for file downloads"
"File download"
兩個選項打開.
再試著下載一次應該就可以了
在mysql database 中 記得先建好資料資料庫的名稱
